Default Garden Cart

Here is a picture of our garden cart.

It is sorta handy if you can push it -- goes real good on a hard surface, not worth a dim in loose ground.

thanks;sonny

that is a design by Mother Earth News in the 60s & 70S I think it was also marketed in kits and complete assembled by GardenWay in the pre MTD owns everything days

it is a kind copy of a very old cart used many moons ago, the common apple cart or street venders wagon. The rubber air tires were a major improvement over the iron rimmed wood spoke wheels.

I remember getting hell from My grouchy old grandad because it [old apple cart] was the only thing on His entire farm that had wheels on it that us kids could push around
He was one of those old fuddy duddys that believed every one should be a miserable as he was
Hes been dead going on 30 years or better and I am still having a GREAT time,

Oh By the way talking about great fun, the Doughty Valley Steam show is this week starting Thursday July 28, SEE YOU ALL THERE in Charm Ohio

there is a 110 Case engine featured this year totally restored to State of Ohio specifications, it took 10 years to complete the restoration, pictures to come
